All clients at our clinic will have an initial assessment to assess individual needs and goals, and a personalised treatment plan will be collaboratively agreed upon. If you have a specific type of therapy that you are interested in, please raise it with your psychologist in your initial appointment. Whatever challenges you may be facing, we're dedicated to providing you with a unique plan and support you need to thrive.

    DBT can be particularly helpful for clients with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or similar symptoms including difficulty in interpersonal relationships, anger and mood swings, and identity disturance. For clients with BPD, Grounded You Psychology also offers General Psychiatric Management (GPM) for BPD.

    While Grounded You Psyhology offers DBT-based interventions, we are unfortunately unable to act as individual DBT therapists for clients in group DBT programs.
